We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. All of our items are handmade in Warrenton, VA. We take great care and pride in designing and creating each piece and are very grateful for every customer!

Our JEWELRY return policy states if for any reason you are unhappy or have a concern with the piece you receive, please email us at hemmingwaysspecialtyshoppe@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving. We are happy to offer refunds or exchanges on jewelry pieces, less shipping. Items must be unworn, undamaged and received in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt (based on USPS timestamp date received). Buyer is responsible for return-shipping costs.

Repack the item in its original packaging materials. We are not responsible if the product is damaged in return transit due to improper packaging.

For our GLASS and JEWELRY items, if you are returning a product because it was defective or we shipped you an item that you did not order, you will not be responsible for the return-shipping costs.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any custom or special order items.
