Can I include a gift message with my order?
Absolutely! We'd be delighted to include a complimentary gift message with your order.
Simply email us after placing your order with your name, the item(s) you purchased, and the message you'd like us to include. We'll take care of the rest.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! We're happy to accommodate many custom requests, including alternate metals, gemstones, and color substitutions whenever possible. If you have something specific in mind, please email us–we'd love to discuss your ideas.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best, gently clean it with warm water and a mild dish soap, then dry it to thoroughly with a soft cloth.
We also recommend using a Sunshine polishing cloth regularly to remove natural oils and restore shine. To help preserve your jewelry for years to come, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, humidity, and harsh chemicals such a perfumes, lotions, and hairspray.
With a little care, your jewelry can remain beautiful for many years to come.
What is gold-filled?
Most of our jewelry is crafted using 14k gold-filled materials. Gold-filled jewelry is created by permanently bonding a thick layer of real gold to a high-quality jeweler's brass core. Because the gold layer is much thicker than standard gold plating, it is significantly more durable and designed to last for years with proper care.
Gold-filled jewelry is designed to withstand everyday wear with proper care. To help preserve its beauty, remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising, or using hot tubs. We also recommend avoiding contact with perfumes, lotions, hairspray, and other harsh chemicals.

Where is your jewelry made?
Every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted to order in Northern Virginia, USA. Because each piece is made by hand, subtle variations make every piece uniquely yours.
What is gold vermeil?
Gold vermeil (pronounced ver-may) is a thick layer of gold over sterling silver. It offers the beauty of solid gold while remaining more affordable.
To help preserve the finish, remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping. We also recommend avoiding contact with perfumes, lotions, hairspray, and other harsh chemicals.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted to order just for you. Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. During especially busy seasons or for larger orders please allow up to 7-10 business days for your order to ship.

Will my piece look exactly as pictured?
Every piece is handcrafted and one of a kind. While we photograph each piece as accurately as possible, the art glass used in your piece may vary slightly in color, texture, pattern, and character. These beautiful variations are part of what make every piece unique.
How do I clean my piece?
To keep your stained glass looking beautiful:
• Dust gently with a soft microfiber cloth.
• Avoid cleaners containing ammonia (like Windex), which can damage the solder over time.
• If the solder begins to dull over time, you can apply carnauba wax, let it haze, and buff gently to restore its shine.
• Never use abrasive cleaners.
Why does my glass look like it has a crack?
In most cases, it isn't a crack. Many of the art glasses we use feature beautiful lines, bubbles, wisps, and other variations that are part of the glass itself—not cracks or defects. These unique characteristics are part of what make every piece on of a kind.
We carefully inspect and photograph each piece before it ships to ensure it meets our quality standards. If you have any questions when your order arrives, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're always happy to help.
How do I hang my piece?
We do not recommend using suction cups to hang your glass art. Over time, suction cups can lose their grip without warning, causing your piece to fall and break. Instead, we recommend hanging your piece securely from a nail, hook, or window lock.
When will my order ship?
Every piece is handcrafted with care. Most orders ship within 3—5 business days, while more intricate pieces may require 7—10 business days to ensure they're completed with the attention they deserve. During the holidays, or other especially busy times, processing times may be slightly longer. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order, and we'll be happy to let you know if we can accommodate your request.
